Co-Chair, 1994-97, proposed the steering committee/leadership volunteer structure, developed team captain job descriptions, conducted steering committee meetings with fellow co-chairs, trained volunteer coordinators, orchestrated Volunteer Orientation for 300 one-day volunteers and facilitated debriefing meeting for the 20 team captains/steering committee members.
